A New Orleans native, Alice McNeely has lived on the North Shore since 1981, and has enjoyed successful careers in retail, art and real estate. An abstract and figurative painter, her early professional career was devoted to her art, with many of her works entering private collections throughout the United States, and gracing the walls of several local commercial institutions.
A Realtor since 2007, Alice found professional success at a high level, selling her first million-dollar-plus property within her first 3 months in the business. Alice has consistently ranked among the “Top of the Latter”, “Elite Top 10” out of 1400 in the company, and #1 in her Branch Office. With a solid reputation for integrity and service, she specializes in upscale and luxury North Shore homes, Gated and Golf Course Communities, Country Estates, and Old Covington and Old Mandeville properties. A particular specialty is Tchefuncta Estates, where she has lived since 1997.
Alice believes in the vibrant culture, phenomenal food, flourishing entrepreneurship and, in particular, the great people of the North Shore and New Orleans. Born and raised on the North Shore, Stevie has spent more than thirty years in the real estate business. She began her career in 1978 while living in Houston. She quickly moved to the top of her peers at Coldwell Banker to lead their office before moving back to the North Shore.
Upon her return to the North Shore Stevie again devoted herself to real estate. Her specialties include: estate properties, gated communities, waterfront, old Covington, Mandeville, and historic properties. Her extensive knowledge of our North Shore towns and communities and current market conditions gives her a unique ability to match buyers to sellers for the benefit of her clients.
Over her thirty plus years in real estate Stevie has received much recognition including: Top producer in the Greater New Orleans area five times (according to City Business), Top St. Tammany producer more than ten times, and top ten ERA agent nationally five times among 20,000+ agents. Stevie and her husband Bob have also been Latter & Blum’s #1 team company wide for the last eight years.

A native of Philadelphia, Bob first arrived in the New Orleans area for a co-op job while pursuing an engineering degree at Drexel University. In addition to his engineering studies, Bob was a top soccer player on Drexel’s nationally ranked team. Because he liked the New Orleans area so much, he returned after graduation to reside full time. After a couple of years as an engineer in the space program, Bob joined IBM to pursue a sales career.
In 2005 Bob took advantage of the opportunity to join his wife Stevie in a real estate career. Just in time to help clients deal with their staggering real estate needs in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. That year, Bob and Stevie sold $50 Million in real estate.
As a team, Bob and Stevie have had tremendous success in the business. With Bob’s analytic skills and practical building experience, and Stevie’s tremendous market knowledge, they have been able to help clients make their real estate dreams a reality. Along the way they have received much peer recognition, including top producers in greater New Orleans area, top St. Tammany producers, and top Latter & Blum team company wide.
A Covington native and Saint Scholastica Alum, Rebecca has lived, worked and played all over the Northshore. With a degree in Communications from LSU and a previous career in Early Childhood Development, Rebecca has cultivated a keen attention to detail and a deep compassion for people. Taking care of families and matching them with the perfect home is her passion.
In her leisure time, Rebecca loves walking her Downtown Covington neighborhood, playing with her dog Jasper, live music, and the abundance of great food and hospitality the Northshore has to offer.
